Yes! There are no subscriptions and no ads. Use it as much as you want.
What are the in-app purchases?
The app includes the option to donate to support this project, and this is handled as in-app purchases. We will not pester you with pop-ups, and the option to donate is tucked away in a menu. We have spent thousands of human hours and thousands of dollars using AI in creating this app. If you would like to support Bible Insight, help others, and help us continue development, please donate using the in-app purchases.

How is Bible Insight different from other Bible AI apps?
Many AI apps are just ChatGPT in disguise. They use their own hidden prompts to talk to ChatGPT to appear to be an expert on the Bible. This approach has the following problems:
- Hallucinations - AI will always write convincing sentences, whether they are right or wrong. They will make stuff up (hallucinate). You don't know which text is right or wrong unless you verify what it writes. We see other apps downplaying this. We designed Bible Insight to catch and fix hallucinations.
- AI Opinions - When you ask ChatGPT or use ChatGPT-based apps about the Bible, you'll get the opinions that ChatGPT learned from its creators. We designed Bible Insight to make the writings of theologians easier to understand. We bring their ideas to you.
- Accuracy - Other apps pass the ideas from ChatGPT to you, whether right or wrong or whoever said it. We designed Bible Insight to not trust any single AI model. To achieve high accuracy and faithfulness to the original theologian's writings, we make multiple AI models check each other's work and agree before we show you anything. We use over 19 times more AI processing than you would by simply asking ChatGPT a question about the Bible.
- Interpretations - AI models like ChatGPT don't have faith and should not interpret the Bible. We don't interpret the Bible. We don't think AI should interpret the Bible. We help you discover and understand ideas from theologians.
